Headphones on, world out! Residents at Lydgate Lodge enjoyed a wonderful silent disco with Pete Goldup, The Silent Disco DJ, and what a morning of music and movement it turned out to be.

With headphones on and their favourite tunes playing, everyone danced the morning away to classic hits from the 70s and 80s. There were plenty of smiles, singalongs and happy memories as familiar songs took residents right back to the dancefloors of years gone by.

Silent discos are a firm favourite here. There’s nothing quite like a much loved song to lift the mood, spark a memory and bring everyone together. A huge thank you to Pete for making the morning so special.
