Managing Director
Kate is responsible for driving quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within the company’s residential care settings. In her role, she works closely with senior management teams to ensure person-centred care, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on resident wellbeing.

Debbie O’Donoghue
Operations Director
I have worked in the industry for 35 years beginning my career as a registered nurse. I progressed through a variety of senior roles and now work as the operations director, leading strong performing care services. I am passionate about making a difference to our residents’ daily lives and driving continuous improvement in our homes.

Paula Smith
Area Director – Central Yorkshire
I am a motivated experienced health & social care professional with over 20 years’ experience. Throughout my career, I have held a range of leadership positions including Home Manager, Quality assurance Manager and Area Director.
I am particularly passionate about dementia care and hold a degree in Dementia Studies which underpins my person-centred approach and commitment to improving the lives of people living with dementia.

Verity Taylor
Area Director – West Yorkshire
I bring a wealth of experience, strong leadership and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. In my role, I work closely with home managers and their teams to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while creating supportive, positive environments for both colleagues and families.
I am approachable and committed to excellence in practice. I believe that great care starts with great people.

Vicki Leck
Area Director – South Yorkshire
I have worked in health and social care for 28 years. I began my career as a kitchen assistant and have worked in every role in a care home setting which has led me to now be the Area Director for the South Yorkshire region. I am truly passionate about leading by example, supporting a team of home managers to be their best and striving for High-quality, person-centred care.

Area Director – Northwest Cheshire
I have worked in Social Care for over 35 years. I began my career supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, and more recently have focused on supporting older people. I am passionate about ensuring that the residents we support receive the kindest, highest-quality care, delivered with dignity, compassion, and respect. I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and valued.

With over 14 years’ experience in the care sector, I am passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of the people and families we support. I genuinely care about delivering an outstanding experience and believe every interaction should be built on kindness, empathy, compassion, and trust.
Building meaningful relationships is at the heart of everything I do. I enjoy working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families to provide the very best support, always taking the time to listen and understand what matters most. Job satisfaction for me comes from knowing the difference we make to people’s lives and the reassurance we provide to their loved ones, giving them confidence that they are in safe and caring hands, is what makes my role so rewarding.

My career began as a wellbeing coordinator/administrator for a small portfolio of care homes and then I moved to my current role as a regional admissions coordinator. I enjoying supporting all the homes, working with my colleagues, meeting all the lovely residents, and making sure the residents and families are always happy, comfortable, and well looked after.

I am a Regional Admissions Coordinator, helping people find the right care and support for loved ones across our homes. I work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and the care home teams to ensure a smooth and compassionate admissions journey. I am creative, enjoy developing community events in our care homes & promoting the positive impact of life in a care home.

My role involves building strong relationships within local communities, promoting high-quality care services, coordinating enquiries and admissions, and supporting families make informed decisions during important life transitions. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining occupancy growth, and ensuring every resident receives a warm welcome and the right care to meet their needs.

I am the Regional Quality Manager for Northwest Cheshire. I have been a Registered Nurse for 34 years and have worked in a variety of healthcare settings and therapy areas developing a deep understanding of person-centred care. I am passionate about ensuring that every individual receives high-quality support delivered with respect, dignity, and compassion. I am dedicated to promoting high-quality, person-centred care in every service that I support.

Daniel Huszar
Regional Quality Manager
Having worked within the adult social care sector throughout my career, I have developed extensive operational and quality assurance experience, beginning as a Carer and progressing through leadership roles to Service Manager before specialising in Quality Management. For the past seven years, I have led quality improvement initiatives, supporting services to achieve excellence in care delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
I am passionate about creating environments where residents receive outstanding, person-centred care and where colleagues are empowered to deliver the highest standards every day.
